Rosalia
Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia is a Spanish Flamenco/Pop singer. She has been a part of the fringes of both traditional and popular music since she was a teenager, she has also delved into different music genres like hip-hop soul and trap. The flamenco guitar player Pepe habichuela described her voice as delicate and sharp, yet having the grit of more mature singers. El Mal Querer is her second album, released in 2018, which was commercially and critically acclaimed. After Los Angeles, her debut album, released in 2017, got an Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and earned the Latin Grammy nod. The song La Fama with The Weeknd was released. The third album by Motomami offered songwriting collaborations with a variety of producers and artists including Cory Henry and James Blake. The set was released following Saturday Night Live's performance of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer to sing on her own in the show. Motomami Rosala was also the recipient of three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award two times, was the first female to receive both awards.
